The father of a nine-year-old young lady who was shot in her own home has honored her, it was a "genuine brilliant flash who wanted to chuckle to say she".

Olivia Pratt-Korbel was lethally injured as her mum attempted to stop a shooter pursuing one more man into their home in Liverpool on the night of 22 August.
